My services as a professional REALTOR® include assisting you in finding a home, choosing a home, buying a home as well as selling your existing home. If you need assistance, please contact me.

My role as your Buyer REALTOR® is to:

  1. Find properties that meet your needs.
  2. Assist in answering your questions or direct you to other sources for answers.
  3. Prepare the purchase contract according to your instructions.
  4. Submit all offers and counteroffers promptly.
  5. Coordinate inspections and walkthroughs.
  6. Promptly communicate the status of your transaction while in escrow.
In helping you find a home I will:
  1. Go over your home requirements, wants, special needs and location descriptions.
  2. Show you the areas you select while locating schools, shopping areas and recreational facilities.
  3. Provide information on all homes available in the areas of your choice.
To assist you in choosing a home I will:
  1. Discuss the economic benefits and drawbacks of each home in relation to your financial position and specific needs.
  2. Show you the necessary information on taxes, CC & R’s, and deed restrictions.
  3. Prepare a complete estimate of settlement costs for any home that you wish to make an offer.
To assist you in buying a home I will:
  1. Introduce you to several financial lenders and help you obtain the best terms for the purchase of your home.
  2. Help you in negotiating the purchase of the property.

As a Seller REALTOR® I am your:

  • Analyst: I will prepare and review with you a comprehensive neighborhood evaluation of your home, using the most up-to-date market information and neighborhood trends to help you make the pricing decision with confidence.
  • Stager: I will help you through the maze of what to get packed up, moved around, and repaired to help make your home sparkle and be a “welcome home” sign to prospective buyers.
  • Marketing Representative:   I will customize the marketing of your home to best fit your needs to maximize the exposure to buyers while utilizing the most appropriate advertising and promotional tools.
  • Advisor: I will guide you through the process of completing all disclosure documents and contract paperwork necessary to safeguard your legal interests.
  • Negotiator: I work only as a Seller’s agent when representing you–I never represent both buyer and seller.  I will use all my expertise and knowledge of the market and your home to help secure you the highest and best offer for your home.
  • Coordinator:  I will coordinate all inspections, the appraisal, title work and closing details with you and the buyer’s agent.  Rest assured I’ll handle the details.
  • Consultant:  I am available throughout the entire transaction as well as after the sale to answer any and all questions.
